What is the Price?

As an artist, my goal is to present value to you first. And that begins with me understanding what you really desire and the road it will take us to get there. When we have our consultation I will present you with a price sheet.

While most sessions I offer are booked with the process above, there are two services that RTM offers standard and that’s Senior Portraits and Headshots. You can book those separately from the process stated above. For Headshots CLICK HERE and for Senior Portrait packages, CLICK HERE!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellations, Deposits, and Rebooking - To make sure that your session is securely booked a sitting/booking fee is required at the time of the booking. All shoots need to be scheduled at least a month in advance from your complimentary pre-shoot consultation.

Where noted, print orders are mandatory. RTM’s print partnership makes physical images available that are rated to last up to 150 years with normal use; pictures in frames in sunny areas, prints in photo albums, and etc. Any purposefully caused damage will not be rectified or refunded. No customers are authorized to print images from digital files unless express written consent is given from a Rob The Moment designee.

Refunds - All sessions that require a booking fee must understand that that booking fee becomes your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Any session that does not require a booking fee, once paid and you need to cancel, you will be refunded 50% of the total up to 48 hours for your scheduled session. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled photo session are completely non-refundable. There are no refunds once the session is completed and you decide you don’t like the work.

In the event that a shoot needs to be cancelled due to a serious unforeseen circumstance customers can re-schedule one future date without losing your deposit. Please note that when you lock in your date and cancel there were other jobs passed up since your shoot was secured.

All photo sessions include a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This consultation is important and allows all parties involved to meet and plan an awesome shoot. This is where everyone gets to show their ideas, vision boards, Pinterest boards, and we get to let our imaginations run wild. The final goal of the consultation is to make sure all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities and have a good idea of how our final images should look.

All prop rentals, clothing, and rental spaces are the financial responsibility of the customer. Rob The Moment | A Visual Co will not loan or cover these expenses in a reimbursement agreement.
